Payment Instructions For Enrolling Online

Once you receive an official computation of the total matriculation fees to be paid, you may choose between the following options:

1. Payments made at different IFPCs (Integrated Finance Processing Centers) of the CAP Family of Companies nationwide (Please click here for the addresses of different IFPCs )

a. Go to the nearest IFPC or office of CAP Philippines, Inc. within your locality.

b. Present the computation of matriculation fees you received from the Head Office.

c. Pay the amount indicated only through the cashier .

d. Payments may be made in cash or check. Please make checks payable to CAP College Foundation, Inc.
Please allow three (3) days for clearing of local checks. CAP College does not accept postdated checks or endorsed checks.

 
 

e. Secure an official receipt for the payments made .

f. Fax the receipt to (02)818-0560 or e-mail a scanned copy of the receipt to capcollege@cap.com.ph or cap1@cap.com.ph

g. Send all transmittals through the Registrar of CAP College Foundation, Inc.

h. You will be notified by e-mail once payments are verified and confirmed.

i. Please allow one (1) to two (2) days for processing. Otherwise, communicate with CAP College Head Office for confirmation of payments.

j. If you are enrolled in the CAP College on the Web, you will receive the username and password to access the site and to download the instructional materials for the subjects you enrolled in.

k. If you are enrolled in the regular DE system of CAP College, you will be advised to pick-up your instructional materials or be provided with information on when your instructional materials were sent out through a courier and the expected date of arrival to your place.

l. Communicate with CAP College Head Office immediately through the contact address and telephone numbers listed below if anything mentioned above is out of schedule. This will help us check on the services of our courier.

 

2. Payments made at any Metrobank branch nationwide

a. Go to the nearest Metrobank branch in your area.

b. Fill out a deposit slip for the following account:

(Please make two (2) copies of this slip.)
Account Name: CAP College Foundation, Inc.
Account Type: Current Account
Account Number: 7-001-14744-3 \

c. Deposit the amount indicated in the computation of your matriculation fees received from CAP College Head Office

d. Payments may be made in cash or check. Please make checks payable to CAP College Foundation, Inc. Please allow three (3) days for clearing of local checks. CAP College does not accept postdated checks or endorsed checks.

e. Indicate the name of the student the deposit is being made for.

f. Fax the deposit slip to (02)818-0560 or e-mail a scanned copy to capcollege@cap.com.ph or cap1@cap.com.ph

g. Send all transmittals through The Registrar, CAP College Foundation, Inc.
